Q.relaxing atmosphere

To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests, we ask that you:
1. Turn cell phones to silent or put it on vibrate
2. Use a “spa voice” in all areas of the spa.

Our spa is a place where many guests savor a much needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax.

Q.booking appointment

At the time of your reservation, we do require a credit card, gift certificate or payment in full
otherwise your appointment cannot be taken. When you reserve your “me” time with us and you need to cancel,
as a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an
appointment. For 2 or more services and ALL Saturday appointments we require a minimum of 48 hours.

Q.Cancellation policy

We understand that things happen, but we do have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy.  We ask you to give us 24 hours notice during the week,  with one appointment.  When you have 2 or more appointment or have a Saturday appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. If you do not show up or don’t call us 24 or 48 hours in advance to let us know, your card will get charged for the full amount of the service. 50% of that will be credited to your account to be used towards your next visit.

Q.arriving

If you are a new guest, please arrive 15 min early to fill out a little paperwork and enjoy a cup of tea. A return guest? 5 min before is just fine or 15 if you would also like to relax with a cup of tea before your treatment!

Your time is important to us and we are committed to offering all guests wonderful service. As a courtesy to our other guests, if you arrive late for your appointment, we may have to customize your treatment to fit in the allotted time or reschedule your appointment.

Q.returns/exchanges

Skin Care: You may receive a full refund within 10 days of purchase.
Makeup, Body Care, Miscellaneous: All are final sales.
Gift Certificates: Non-refundable but are fully transferable.

Q.privacy

During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy. However, because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as you feel comfortable.

Q.sanitation and sterlization

At Belly Up Spa, sanitation and sterilization are top priorities. It is very important that you have a relaxing and stress free environment in which you can enjoy your spa experience. In order to achieve this environment, the equipment and furniture used in a treatment is thoroughly cleaned using hospital grade sterilants and virucides. The products we use are safe for you and our environment. If an item can’t be thoroughly sterilized then it is thrown away or given to you for home use.

Q.methods of payment

We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, SpaFinder and gift certificates. Service prices are subject to change without notice. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price.

Q.valuables

We request that you leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
